Ken and his wife, Ann, became Campus Crusade staff members in 1986. Ken has served in a variety of roles including campus director for Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M, regional director with Asia Impact and national campus director for Asia Impact.

In 2006, Ken was appointed vice president of Campus Crusade's global campus strategy. Ken has the ability to cast a clear vision, develop appropriate strategies and implement them practically in field ministry. He has established 4 criteria for a successful movement: connecting the lost to Jesus, transforming discipleship, multiplying leadership and generating local resources.

"Campus Crusade for Christ's vision is to help build movements everywhere so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus," says Ken. "Our message is simple: Be the one who truly follows Jesus, then trust God to unleash His loving power through you."

Ken and Ann have 2 children: Travis and Amy.
